Hi, Welcome! I am Carla Bean. I am assuming you are either here because you saw the music video for my song “Magic Box” , heard me on the Radio, or saw me play live, but if you have just happened upon this site, it is equally important that you read on…

I, Carla Bean, am in the studio working on my full length album, produced by Rubin Edwards (the great,) and let me tell you, it is truly a labor of love. I’ve poured countless hours into writing these songs, and more hours into listening to and scrutinizing my Producer’s arrangements and mixes, in order to make sure these songs are nothing short of your favorite.

Magic Box is one of these songs, but we released it early, as bait, and the video as a lure. If you are indeed hooked, know that while the rest of the songs match, or even surpass Magic Box, in quality, production, you wouldn’t in a million years be able to guess what they sound like…So don’t even try. I assure you they will be what you’ve been missing all these years.

Since I don’t yet have big promotion behind me, or a set release date,(early 2010?) It’s very important that you give me a way to notify you when this album comes out. I’ll also notify you if I am touring, or have big news, but these notifications will be few and far between, as I hate being intrusive.
